A Bounty Hunter in the Metroid: Series most likely is pointing to one of the highly skilled Hunters who work for the Galactic Federation and exterminate the Space Pirates. An example of a Bounty Hunter is Samus Aran, or Ghor, Gandrayda, or Rundas.
