Types of Battle
In the game there are seven types of battle.

Battle: A straight forward battle to get the most kills. The person who reaches the kill goal or has the most kills by the end of the match wins. This is the automatic battle type of every random WiFi battle.

Survival: Similar to battle except each hunter has a specific amount of lives. The last hunter standing or the hunter with the most lives at the end of the time limit wins.

Defender: A game in which hunters must maintain control of a ring and keep all other hunters out. The hunter with the most solo time in the ring wins.

Prime Hunter: A game in which the first hunter to kill becomes Prime Hunter. In this form, the hunter constantly loses health but gains all affinity powers. In order to gain health they must kill again. If a Prime Hunter dies, they lose their status. If a Prime Hunter is killed, they lose their status and the killer gains it. The person to have stayed Prime Hunter the longest wins.

Nodes: A type of battle in which hunters must download Node data from rings in the level to score points. They must stand still while doing this. The person to download the most by the end wins. Successive downloads yields more points.

Bounty: A free for all battle in which each hunter races to grab the Octolith and take it to a drop off point. The person who reaches the number goal of drop offs or has the most by the end of the game wins.

Capture the Flag: An altercation of bounty in which two groups of hunters try to steal the other team's octolith and take it back to their base while keeping their octolith from being taken. A team cannot score unless they have both octolith in possesion.

Points gained are shown going horizontally (to see what a bounty hunter gains, go from the bounty hunter row across, not the bounty hunter column and down).

Points lost to another hunter is equal to the points they gain from beating you. In the event of 3-4 player, you gain points and lose points as your normally would depending on your placement. For example, 2nd place loses points to 1st place but gains points from 3rd and 4th place.

In order to advance in rank, you must reach certain point goals. Higher ranks get harder to achieve as you get less point gain, more point loss, and higher point goals.

The requirements are:
Super Hunter-40 Points
Elite Hunter-140 Points
Master Hunter-390 Points
Legendary Hunter-750 Points
