IT'S BACK!


You asked for it, so you've got it. IRCpwnsu now has #mph, the official channel for Neoseeker's MP:H players to come and chat!

Here you can share stories about previous battles with others, find other people that are online right now to battle, or just chill out and talk about the game or whatever you want!

There are two main ways to access this chat: Through the web client and through an IRC client. Both methods will be explained below.

WebClient Version

To begin with this method simply click the following link: *.

You'll see various channels in the drop down list, none of which however are the actual channel. Just join any of them after typing in a nickname (preferably something close to your Neoseeker username) and then type /join #mph when you're in a channel to be brought to the MP:H channel. From there, you're free to leave the channel you joined initially if you so choose.

IRC Version

First things first, Dynamite has provided a self-written guide to connecting to the chat through IRC. You can find this tutorial here.

To connect this way you will need to download one of these three programs:

  1. mIRC
  2. Chatzilla
  3. Xchat

The following is a guide on how to connect to the room using the three IRC versions above: *. Alternatively, you can follow the link in the forum subheader or click here.

Accessing The Room

Now that you've arrived you will need to type /join #mph to enter the room. From there you can continue on with your chatting experience.

Other Information

Though things are slightly more relaxed in the IRC channel, the rules of the forum and of the IRC network will still be enforced. Please take note that severe offenses in the IRC channel may result in also being banned from the forum.
